With the continuous development of technologies in various fields and the increasing demand for high-precision sensors, graphene and its composite materials have become popular in recent years because of their flat two-dimensional structure, extremely strong toughness, high thermal conductivity and remarkable electrical conductivity. This paper mainly introduces the physical and chemical properties of graphene, reviews the application and distinguished performance of graphene in efficient sensors from four aspects: gas sensors, biosensors, temperature sensors and humidity sensors in recent years, as well as briefly discusses the development prospects and bottlenecks of this material in combination with graphene materials and their sensors.
