Abstract

New energy technologies are advancing fast, pushing up the demand for higher-energy-density lithium-ion batteries. Graphene composites stand out among anode modification strategies due to their good conductivity and flexibility. They have been applied to silicon, sulfide, and oxide anodes. This review covers recent progress in graphene composite anodes, looks at how graphene works in these systems, and discusses future directions.
