With the rapid development of technology, smart homes are gradually becoming part of our daily lives, bringing lots of convenience. As a key device in home security, traditional locks, passwords, and IC card access systems have limitations like simple functionality and lower security. To address these issues, this paper designs and implements a smart home access control system based on the ARM-architecture STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller. It provides an efficient security management solution for smart home entry points and also offers technical references and ideas for optimizing the future adoption of embedded smart access control technology in both residential and commercial settings.
