The emergency protection requirements of cable channel operation involve all levels of the power grid system, including the power production and consumption system composed of power transformation, transmission, distribution and electricity consumption, as well as the installation, maintenance, inspection, inspection and painting operations of substations, converter stations and transmission lines. Due to the difficulty of perceiving the operation status of the power grid cable channel and the high rescue requirements, the emergency protection ability of the construction unit of the cable channel does not match and adapt to the actual situation, and the problems such as habitual violations of the on-site personnel still exist.
