Abstract

In the long history of Chinese culture, the traditional decorative art has become the treasure of Chinese culture with its unique charm and profound connotation. Among them, as an important part of traditional Chinese decorative art, water pattern not only carries the ancient people's infinite yearning and deep understanding of the beauty of nature, but also shows extraordinary visual effects and communication value in the field of ceramic art. This paper aims to discuss the application status, artistic characteristics, cultural significance and future development trend of traditional Chinese decorative water pattern in ceramic visual communication design, in order to provide new inspiration and ideas for modern ceramic design.
