Non-communicable diseases have become one of the major health challenges in today's society, greatly impacting human health and quality of life. This paper takes a public health perspective and provides an overview of methods for preventing non-communicable diseases. Through research and analysis of various prevention strategies for non-communicable diseases, the aim is to provide more comprehensive and effective health intervention methods to improve public health.
