In sprint training, core strength exercises play a critical role. These training methods, encompassing both static and dynamic core exercises, enhance an athlete's control, coordination, and explosive power, thereby contributing to their success in sprint events. This paper delves into the essence and techniques of core strength training, discusses its practical value for sprinters, and proposes a practical model and approach for implementing core strength exercises in sprint training. The aim is to broaden the application of these methods in sprint training to optimize training outcomes.
