Attribution of Responsibility in The Context of Stray Animal Torts

Accompanied by the increasing number of stray animals, the damage caused by stray animals to people has also become common. Therefore, determining the attribution of liability for harm caused by stray animals is particularly important. But China because there is no special law for stray animals caused harm, therefore, stray animals infringement of liability attribution problem does not have the same nature. This article will summarize the various types that exist in practice by using the existing viewpoints for further discussion.
