Taking a tertiary hospital consortium in Weifang City as the subject, an evaluation system for medical service provision is constructed based on the SERVQUAL model, incorporating four dimensions: tangibility, continuity, humanism, and economy. The patient satisfaction was assessed using a 5-point Likert (Likert scale) scale questionnaire. Through 913 valid survey responses, methods such as correlation analysis, stratified regression, and one-way ANOVA were employed to explore the impact mechanism of medical service provision under the consortium context on patient satisfaction. The results show that patients at the leading hospitals of urban consortia generally have higher satisfaction than those at primary institutions; the continuity and humanism of medical services significantly enhance patient satisfaction, while economic indicators exhibit a negative impact due to cost sensitivity issues; factors such as household registration, health status, medication use, and distance to healthcare facilities lead to significant differences in satisfaction among different groups, providing more comprehensive empirical support for improving the level of medical service provision under the consortium context.
