This article expounds on the theoretical context and practical achievements of dual circulation and proposes specific implementation strategies based on this pattern. This paper analyses relevant scholars' articles in the field of dual circulationto propose specific implementation paths. Specifically, promoting supply side structural reform within the country, optimise the investment structure, and develop emerging strategic enterprises. It is also important to promote higher-level deepening opening up to the outside world, comprehensively improving the structure, level, quality and efficiency of foreign trade and economic cooperation.
