Abstract

Based on the setting standards of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, this study combined with the training objectives, training specifications and characteristics of applied technical talents to establish the setting (admission) standards of applied technical colleges and universities. Referring to the mature application technology university construction standards in foreign countries and combining with the actual situation of our country, qualified evaluation standards are established, leading the transition universities to stride towards the qualified goals, testing and evaluating the progress and level of the transition universities, and promoting the scientific transformation of local universities.
