Abstract

Based on the survey results of employment intention of graduates from 2020-2023 in Wenzhou Polytechnic, this paper sorts out and analyzes the employment intention of vocational graduates from the aspects of preferred graduation destination, employment selection factors, employment region, nature of employment unit, salary expectation, major pairs, access to employment information channels, employment guidance and service demands. To explore effective employment countermeasures for vocational graduates' employment demands and form an employment guidance service system to improve their initial employment stability and career adaptability.
