The deep integration of digital economy and green economy has become an important support for high-quality economic development. In this paper, 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta are taken as research objects. By constructing the coupling coordination model of digital economy and green economy, the spatial and temporal pattern of the coupling coordination between digital economy and green economy in the Yangtze River Delta from 2016 to 2020 and the state of their coordinated development are quantitatively measured. By constructing the random effects panel Tobit model, the influencing factors of the coupled and coordinated development of digital economy and green economy in the Yangtze River Delta region were studied. The results show that: (1) the overall coupling degree is in the high-level coupling stage, showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing; Coupling coordination degree increases year by year and the overall coordination level is moderate. (2) The regions with high coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are more distributed in the provincial capital cities, the surrounding areas and the coastal areas of the Yangtze River Delta region, and there is a spatial agglomeration phenomenon, with great regional differences. (3) The improvement of foreign investment level, technological development level and environmental protection level has positive significance for coupling coordination degree. According to the above conclusions, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of digital economy and green economy in the Yangtze River Delta region.
