Under the background of Chinese traditional culture, informal organization is a group that cannot be ignored in the organization and management of enterprises. It plays an important role in all aspects of enterprise development. Facing up to the existence of informal organization, understanding the characteristics of informal organization and its role in enterprises, and actively formulating strategies that can guide informal organizations to play an active role will help enterprises improve the efficiency of organization and management, thus contributing to the long-term and stable development of enterprises.
