Abstract

This paper explores the mingling and collision of civilisations in world history, as well as cultural evolution and interaction. From ancient times to the present, civilisations have interacted with each other in contact, exchanged and mingled, and formed a rich and colorful cultural landscape. Cultural interactions have contributed to the advancement of knowledge, science and technology, and art, as well as accompanied by conflict and reconciliation, thus shaping the pattern of today's pluralistic world. This paper will analyse important events and cultural exchanges in history, illustrate the mutual borrowing and conflict among civilisations, and explore in depth the impact of these interactions on the evolution of civilisations.
