Abstract

The cultivation of creative thinking is of great significance in middle school education. Based on the history of pedagogy, this paper reviews the research process of students’ creative thinking at home and abroad, integrates their existing definitions, and analyzes the significance of cultivation. Based on the former research on physics teaching methods in middle school, this paper summarizes the methods of cultivating creative thinking in middle school physics teaching, the obstacles it faces, and the solutions to the challenges. Also, it provides references for developing creative thinking in middle school physics teaching in the future.
