Du Fu's Metrical Poetry has always been regarded as the standard of Chinese classical metrical poetry. On the basis of the elaboration of its aesthetic characteristics by scholars in the second generation of Song and Qing Dynasty, this paper summarizes the three realms of "Big, Deep and High", which can be regarded as an important door to appreciate the artistry of Du Fu's Metrical Poetry.
