Research on Emergency Management System of Universities Based on the Perspective of PPRR Theory
--Taking Some Colleges and Universities in Southern Zhejiang as an Example

At present, the whole campus environment and safety and stability situation of China's colleges and universities is good, but the problems and hidden dangers affecting the safety and stability of colleges and universities still exist, so the research on emergency management of college emergencies has great practical significance. This paper focuses on the construction of emergency management system in colleges and universities, and adopts the questionnaire survey research method to analyze the problems of emergency plan construction and implementation in some colleges and universities in Zhejiang. To propose countermeasures and suggestions on how to further strengthen the establishment of a high-level emergency plan system in Zhejiang universities, so as to provide effective reference for the construction of emergency plans in other universities in China.
