This paper focuses on the meaning of privately offered fund and its classification, studies its segments, and analyzes the core focus metrics of segmentation strategies. Secondly, it gives a better presentation of the characteristics and trends of privately offered fund through the above analysis. Finally, it discusses the macro environment suitable for privately offered fund segmentation strategy.
