Based on the outcome equity idea from the proverb "more effort, more gain", this paper established a global equity index based on the assessment of national contribution level and welfare level, then measured and compared the global equity situation in 2020 and 2000. The results indicated that the international society is still under strong inequality, and the fairness situation of the international community has deteriorated in the past 20 years. The model in this paper can evaluate the contribution level and national welfare status of countries in the global scope, and measure the unfairness of the international community.
