China's financial evolution has been marked by unique historical events and economic reforms, which have significantly influenced its IPO market and the involvement of investment banks. Examining the interplay between these factors is vital for understanding the broader dynamics of the global financial system. It provides valuable insights into the strategies and adaptations required for investment banks to thrive in this complex environment. This study aims to contribute to the existing body of knowledge and inform industry stakeholders, policymakers, and investors about the intricacies of investment banking in China's IPO market.
