Exploring the improvement of employment quality for graduates majoring in public administration based on China's employment policies for college students

In the current social situation in China, graduates majoring in public administration face challenges such as low salary levels, unclear career development opportunities, incomplete welfare benefits, and limited job content. This study focuses on the employment status of college students majoring in public administration. Using literature analysis, it is concluded that improving the employment quality of public administration students requires joint efforts from students, universities, enterprises, and the government. Measures such as clarifying career planning, optimizing curriculum settings, promoting policy reforms, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation can be taken to achieve high-quality employment.
