The policy of graded correction for juvenile behavior aims to correct delinquent minors through targeted education and guidance, enabling them to rectify their misdeeds in a timely manner. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the current policy and discuss it in conjunction with the physical and psychological characteristics of minors. According to the physical and mental development features of minors, by improving the three major environments that affect minors and optimizing correction methods, moreover, we must formulate targeted laws abd regulations which are suitable for minors in a timely manner, through these efforts we can effectively reduce and prevent juvenile criminal behavior.
