Abstract

Since the official introduction of all-for-one tourism in 2016, the construction of demonstration areas around the country has achieved phased results. This article concludes the exploration of the construction path of the all-for-one tourism demonstration area in J city, Jiangsu province, through case-based research, participatory observation, and focus group discussions, and analyzes the problems and obstacles in the process. Based on clarifying the specific requirements of all-for-one tourism for the development of regional tourism, this paper proposes the "four-domain and nine-tactic" development framework, which is designed strategically and tactically for the construction of all-for-one tourism in Jiangsu Province of China.
