The rural digital cultural industry plays a vital role in the rural revitalization and industrial development of Qiqihar City. In this study, I propose an analysis model for the influencing factors of the rural digital cultural industry in Qiqihar City based on principal component analysis. Firstly, I select preliminary indicators of the influencing factors of the rural digital cultural industry in Qiqihar City from many potential factors, which are further screened by Pearson correlation coefficient. Then, I construct an indicator system for the influencing factors of the rural digital cultural industry in Qiqihar City by using principal component analysis and identified 16 key factors including the gross output value of the primary industry, rural retail sales of consumer goods, total fiscal expenditure of the city, total power of agricultural machinery, gross output value of the tertiary industry, per capita net income of rural residents, local financial expenditure, broadband access ports of the internet, population with a college diploma, government agricultural financial expenditure, fixed asset investment in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery, the number of telephone-accessible villages in the city, number of people with undergraduate education or above, area of machine-planted crops, Engel coefficient of rural residents' household expenditure, and population with a high school education or above.
