Abstract

This paper analyzes and studies the construction of urban elderly cultural facilities in Xishan District, and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of urban elderly culture and the construction of elderly cultural service systems in Xishan District. Focus on the research and establish the following aspects: 1) Based on the principle of “Balanced, Appropriately Dispersed” to form a “15-minute” cultural pension service circle; 2) Build a spatial pattern that combines “network” and “divergent”; 3) Select areas with convenient transportation, medical care and good environment to arrange cultural facilities for the elderly.
