The report will often contain a review of the business's financial reports, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, in addition to other financial measures and ratios used to assess the company's financial status. It is a vital tool since it may assist managers in making decisions, give an objective assessment of the company's performance, permit comparison with industry benchmarks, and aid in regulatory compliance.
