For the gray, obstacles are still standing in the way of the construction of technical infrastructure, marketing, the awareness of such service in the aged, and relevant payment policies for this age group. The Chinese government should complete the infrastructure, and improve the policies and the mechanism, meanwhile strengthening the education toward the target users and encouraging the cooperation and co-ordination among departments, so as to tackle challenges of this remote service in this graying society, and improve the well-beings of the aged in a solid manner, which benefits the elders from such service.
