Abstract

With the continuous development and application of Internet technology, more and more people are addicted to the Internet, which has had a serious adverse impact on people's study, life and normal work. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out psychological analysis on the causes and current situation of Internet addiction. And the paper first discusses the concept and adverse effects of Internet addiction, then analyzes the causes of Internet addiction from the perspective of psychology, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out psychological intervention of Internet addiction.
