Abstract

With the deepening of the reform process of college education, the traditional mode of college English education should also be changed to the mode of applied talent training. However, in the actual educational practice, the English teaching in many colleges and universities still follows the outdated teaching mode, which greatly affects the quality and level of English talent training in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the college English education management, and provides effective solutions for the college teachers to solve the existing problems.
