Application of Human Factors Engineering in the Design of Logistics Systems

This paper explores the critical application of human factors engineering in logistics system design. As the core of modern supply chain management, the design quality of logistics system directly affects efficiency, cost and customer satisfaction. This paper firstly gives a brief introduction to the concept, characteristics and composition of logistics system. Secondly, it analyzes the important role of human factors engineering in logistics system design. Next is the main part of this paper, which details the application of several important parts of human factors engineering in logistics system design.
