Analysis of Import and Export Trade Status in Guangdong Province

Abstract

In 2023, the total volume of foreign trade in Guangdong Province is outstanding, and ranks first in the country for many consecutive years. As the largest province of foreign trade in the country, Guangdong should continue to play a good role in the ballast of foreign trade in the country. Based on the analysis of the current situation of foreign trade in Guangdong Province, this paper finds that the overall development of foreign trade is good, but there are factors such as weak growth, lack of independent innovation ability and external environment in the development process. Based on this, this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of market development, industrial upgrading and trade facilitation reform, in order to provide reference for the development of foreign trade in Guangdong Province.
