Abstract

 With the rise of sailing sports, the second-hand sailing trading market shows a great potential for development. We research a thorough research on the pricing of second-hand sailing. Firstly, the linear regression model and decision tree regression model use machine learning algorithm to accurately evaluate the sailing price; secondly, the two-factor analysis method is used to analyze the influence of manufacturer and geographical region on the market price; and finally, the accuracy of the model is evaluated by paired sample T-test and Pearson correlation analysis methods.
