Along with the reform of economic system, China's securities investment fund market has better development. Securities investment also developed rapidly in our country, and then promoted the rapid development of national economy. However, the rapid development of the securities investment fund market has gradually exposed the problems. In this context, it is necessary to study the problems existing in the securities investment fund market and put forward countermeasures to promote the stability and development of the market.
