Against the backdrop of accelerating urbanization and frequent environmental crises, building resilient cities has become an urgent priority. As carriers of urban memory, historic districts are facing new challenges in micro-renewal. Grounded in the concept of resilient cities, this study targets the integration of energy sustainability and urban adaptability, drawing on theories of urban ecology and building adaptability. Adopting methods such as field investigation and interdisciplinary analysis, it conducts in-depth research into historic districts. The study finds that rational layout of new energy facilities can improve energy self-sufficiency, and constructing flexible spaces enables districts to cope with disasters. The contribution lies in providing an innovative model for historic district renewal, with the unique strength of organically integrating energy, adaptability and historical culture, balancing conservation and development, and promoting urban sustainability.
