Preface
The 2026 4th International Conference on Food Biotechnology and Environmental Technology (FBET 2026) was held during May 16-17, 2026 in Istanbul, Turkey. This event was attended by researchers from various area with papers mainly focused on food chemistry, nutritional science, agricultural technology, biotechnology, eco-technology, clean technologies, pollution control and environmental sustainability.
The primary goal of FBET 2026 is to promote research and developmental activities in food biotechnology and environmental sciences. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working worldwide. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in related areas.
