Pregnancy, Cervical Cancer, Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy, Efficacy and SafetyAbstract
This study focused on the special clinical context of pregnancy with cervical cancer to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Through the analysis of relevant cases and comprehensive studies, the role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in controlling tumor progression and improving the survival rate of patients during pregnancy was discussed, and the adverse effects of chemotherapy on mothers and infants were closely paid attention to, including potential risks to fetal development, physical conditions of pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes. Comprehensive indicators and data to provide scientific basis and reference for clinical treatment decision-making, in order to achieve the best treatment effect and maternal and child safety protection.
