Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), characterized by inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, is a common neurobehavioral disorder in children. Some studies suggest that cesarean section increases the risk of ADHD, while others suggest no association between cesarean section and ADHD. This study retrospectively analyzed the maternal pregnancy and delivery conditions of 280 cases with complete records of normal delivery and cesarean section admitted in 2024, and diagnosed ADHD and analyzed the psychological conditions of their children, in order to understand the relationship between maternal pregnancy and delivery conditions, as well as delivery mode, and ADHD in children.
