Abstract

In the past few years, along with the advancement of tumor immunology, immunotherapeutic approaches have offered more potent therapeutic choices for individuals diagnosed with cancer. Based on traditional chemotherapy and radiotherapy, immunotherapy has offered patients more effective strategies and better prognosis. Among them, immune-targeted drug therapy and tumor microenvironment therapy have achieved remarkable results in the management of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study will elaborate on the mechanisms, research status quo and developments of targeted drug therapy and tumor microenvironment therapy in managing NSCLC.
