Abstract

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Antigen specific immunity (SIT) on patients with Allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into matched group and test group according to different treatment methods, with 50 patients in each group. The matched group was treated with conventional Kairuitan and Neishuna, and the test group was treated with SIT on this basis. Results: After treatment, the scores of rhinitis symptoms and drug use in the test group were (2.74 ± 0.93) and (0.45 ± 0.28) respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the matched group (3.46 ± 1.18) and (0.96 ± 0.42) (P<0.05); There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment. Conclusion: SIT treatment for AR patients can alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce their demand for drugs, and improve immune function. And the method is effective, which is more conducive to the early recovery of patients and getting rid of the problem of allergic rhinitis.
