Abstract

Transglutaminase (TGase) has been widely used in food, textile, leather, medicine and other industries. It is currently a research hotspot of industrial production of mTG enzyme to express the gene sequence encoding mTG enzyme in engineering strains by means of genetic engineering. This paper successfully expresses the gene sequence of mTG enzyme in Escherichia coli, providing a reference for industrial production of mTG enzyme.
