Abstract

During the production process of a certain cigarette factory, the production wastewater cannot be recycled, resulting in a waste of resources and energy. To solve this problem, the steam system of the cigarette factory was modified to recycle the production wastewater. After the system is put into operation, the production wastewater is recycled and the water quality is adjusted before being reused, which increases the system water replenishment temperature, reduces the system energy consumption and production unit consumption, and achieves significant economic and environmental benefits.
