Realizing High-performance Organic Photovoltaics based on Active Layer Regulation

Abstract

This article is based on the regulation of the active layer material, the regulation of the receptor by the active layer, and the regulation of the thickness of the active layer, achieving the optimal design of semi-transparent organic photovoltaics. Specifically, an efficient ternary system of PM6: BTP-eC9: L8-BO was used as the active layer. By adjusting the ratio of the three to 1:1:0.5 and the thickness of the active layer to about 75nm, a semi-transparent device with PCE=7.64% and AVT=44.4% was obtained, with the optimal LUE=3.39%.
