Abstract

This paper investigates the current situation and challenges faced by resource-dominated enterprises in strategic orientation and resource allocation concerning collaborative innovation. With the development of global economic integration, resource-dominated enterprises face increasingly fierce competition and technological innovation challenges, making collaborative innovation a core element of international competition. However, due to the unique nature of resource-dominated enterprises, such as resource dependency, extended industrial chains, and longer development cycles, implementing collaborative innovation presents more severe challenges. Therefore, this paper proposes countermeasures to optimize strategic orientation and resource allocation to enhance the collaborative innovation capabilities of resource-dominated enterprises. This research holds guiding significance for both theoretical and practical realms.
