Boeing Company is the leading aerospace company in contemporary times. As a result of pandemics recently, the global aviation industry has been severely impacted, and the operational risks faced by Boeing have also expanded. Based on the business strategy and profit model of Boeing Company in recent years, this paper analyzes the dangers that the Boeing Company has experienced in its operations and growth from the standpoint of the interaction between its resources, operations, and financial data over the last three years, in order to forecast its future growth.
