In today's Chinese society, education serves as a crucial driving force for individual growth and development, playing an increasingly prominent role in facilitating socio-economic status advancement, occupational hierarchy ascension, and cultural capital accumulation. This paper delves into how education emerges as a pivotal pathway for class crossing in modern Chinese society, analyzing its specific functions in knowledge accumulation, skill enhancement, perspective broadening, and social network construction. Furthermore, it explores the challenges encountered in this process and proposes corresponding strategies. Class crossing, as a significant manifestation of Chinese social mobility, has always been a hot topic in sociology, education, and other fields.
