The digitalization of the fashion industry is a transformative force that affects every facet of the sector, from design and production to marketing and retail. This review examines the concept of digitalization by analyzing the role of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR). These technologies are reshaping the fashion landscape by enhancing efficiency, creativity, and consumer engagement. AI-driven trend forecasting, virtual garment design, and blockchain for supply chain transparency are key examples of how fashion brands can improve their operations and offerings. Case studies of leading brands like Burberry and Nike demonstrate how digital tools are being successfully implemented to enhance brand engagement, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive advantages. Additionally, this review addresses challenges such as data privacy concerns, high costs, and the rapid pace of technological change. By offering strategic recommendations, this review provides a roadmap for brands navigating the complexities of digital transformation in the fashion industry.
