With the advent of the information age, AI has been widely used in various industries. AI technology has penetrated into all aspects of the human resources industry. This paper analyzes the application and current status of AI in various aspects of human resource management. This paper concludes that at present, AI can be used in various links such as information screening in recruitment, enterprise recruitment demand forecasting, personnel management, and personnel process management. The intervention of AI makes the human resource management process informatized, data-based, and accurate. But at the same time, the intervention of AI has also brought problems and challenges to human resource development. First of all, there is the information security problem brought about by big data. Enterprises need to have information security awareness when managing human resources, protect the privacy of employees, and avoid information leakage. Secondly, due to the technical limitations of the algorithm, the calculation results may be biased. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to the combination of data and manual assessment to make assessment management more fair.
