Corrosion can cause downtime, equipment damage, and safety hazards. To address this challenge, researchers are turning to artificial intelligence (AI) to predict corrosion events of heat exchangers Shell and tube heat exchanger is an important equipment in nuclear power, chemical industry and other industries. The working conditions of such equipment are often complex, and many nozzles on the cylinder and head are connected with pipes or various instruments. In this paper, the local stress analysis is carried out for the nozzle of the container by using the finite element analysis method, the distribution of stress intensity at the nozzle is obtained, and the safety of the nozzle area of the container under the specific nozzle load is verified.
