The global COVID-19 crisis caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus has led to the emergence of multiple variants, capturing substantial international attention. This extensive study offers a comprehensive examination of the structural attributes and disease-causing potential of the original SARS-CoV-2 strain and its primary variants, namely Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, and Omicron.
